United StatesFine. We ordered a large bouquet to place on the altar for our mother's memorial. The colors were as we discussed, but almost all of the flowers, including at least one specific request, were not. We were told to expect to be contacted 4-5 days in advance, but hadn't heard by two days before, when I reached out. I didn't hear back until I reached out again after a couple hours...which made me wonder if our order had been forgotten. They did make up a couple nice small corsages to go with it as a last minute request. Sadly, although we tried to keep it cool and well hydrated, the bouquet only lasted a couple days, and the stems were gooey and smelly. Our bouquet had served its purpose, but had I ordered it as a gift, I would be disappointed in its short staying power.
