Once you have selected your desired bouquet/gift and check out, you will receive an email confirming your order, so you know it successfully reached us.
Our delivery team carefully loads your gift into our vehicle’s floral carrying system, which protects your gift from damage and guarantees pristine arrival after transporting. The delivery specialist will photograph your gift upon arrival at the recipients door.
Deliveries leave our studio at 9 am. You can expect your gift to arrive between 9:15 am and 1 pm. If you have placed a same day delivery request, orders will leave our studio at 2pm and can be expected to arrive between 2:15-4 pm. Please make sure you supply us with a current address and phone number of where the recipient will be between these hours, along with any gate code or apartment code.
We will ring bell/knock and attempt to place the gift in the hands of the recipient. If successful, our team member will send you a confirmation email along with a photo of your gift. If unsuccessful, the gift will be left at the front door. Recipient will be phoned and texted to let them know a gift has been left at their door. Next, our team will send you a confirmation text.
When temperatures are below 35 degrees at the time of delivery, and recipient does not answer door, call or text, we will return gift to our studio and attempt delivery the following morning.
